Terms and Conditions
- All bookings made by telephone must be confirmed in writing via post or email with the necessary deposit within 10 days. Email bookings are welcome, and the deposit secures your required dates.
- A deposit of £45 is required when booking self catering accommodation for a 2-5 night stay or £100 deposit for a 6 or longer night stay.
- New Cottage is available from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure, unless re-arranged via mutual agreement. Changeover day is usually a Saturday, but not necessarily.
- The Proprietors shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to clients or any third parties during their stay.
- The clients shall maintain the accommodation and all furniture and fittings in the same state of repair as at the commencement of the stay and shall leave the property in the same sate of cleanliness and general order in which it was found. Should a mishap or any breakages occur, the proprietors should be advised before the client leaves the site.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your stay, please notify Margaret Partridge immediately and every effort will be made to re-let the property.
There will be a refund of the deposit paid up to 6 weeks before the start day of your stay if you have to cancel your booking. This operates in the event of your having to cancel your visit because of a bereavement or sickness in the family or any similar unforeseen occurrence outside your control which prevents you from staying at New Cottage.
If the stay is cancelled within the 21 day period leading up to the start date of the visit, for whatever reason, no monies shall be refunded.
Holiday Insurance is easy and prices are competitive - for more information check to see policies run by your home and car insurers. Alternatively, The NFU Mutual provides essential cover for holidays in the United Kingdom, and an application form can be obtained by contacting Margaret Partridge at Hollymoor Farm.

We collect information about you to process your enquiry and help provide you with the best possible service.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam).
On your arrival we ask that you complete page 1 in the Registration Book. The type of information we will collect about you includes:
Name
Address
Phone number
Email address
Date of arrival/departure
Vehicle Reg number
This information is also helpful for security purposes.
After your stay we ask you to complete the second page of the Registration Book with your comments about us/New Cottage/the Area etc. You may also email your comments on our website’s “guest comments” page.
We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site.
